Dr. Jannik Nitz researches multi-tiered systems of support, direct behavior rating, and digital innovation in special and inclusive education. His doctorate addressed the implementation of multi-tiered support for behavioural difficulties in primary schools. He also develops digital platforms including PlusDaily, behavior-rating.app, and zmarty.online.

Dr. Julian Börger

University of Cologne, Chair for Educational Support and Socio-Emotional Development

Dr. Julian Börger is a lecturer at the University of Cologne. He is a co-developer of OLEI, an open digital learning environment for professional development in inclusive education. Another strand of his research examines one-take videos as a learning strategy in higher education. His broader research interests include digital learning environments, teacher professionalization, and innovative approaches to inclusive education.
